SXSW Tech Crew

The SXSW Conference Tech Crew provides technical support primarily during the Interactive Conference, and other SXSW events as necessary.

Tech Crew volunteers will be placed in Interactive Conference panel rooms and will assist panelists with laptop troubleshooting, wireless and ethernet connectivity, house audio, projection systems, room lighting,and other issues. The volunteers should have a basic familiarity and be comfortable troubleshooting on both Windows and Mac OS.

We are there to make sure that each panel and the Interactive Conference run smoothly and panelists and attendees have a great experience. To that end, the best qualities a volunteer can bring to the table are to be responsible, proactive, and friendly.
